The Novara Group™

A Place Where New Life Begins.

The Novara Group partners with individuals and families to move from crisis to stability through housing, care, and community built to last. We believe lasting change starts with a safe place to stand.

About Us

A quieter kind of stability work

The Novara Group builds and operates housing that lasts pairing quality construction with the case management, healthcare referrals, and community connection that help a home actually hold.

Dignity first

Designed around people, not caseloads.

Equity

Residents shape their own programs.

Accountability

Tracking outcomes, adjusting what's not working.

Our Programs

Our Model

We operate as a federation of purpose-built divisions, each one independently capable, all of them working from the same theory of change. Where most organizations offer a single service, we offer a continuum, meeting a family at the edge of instability and walking beside them until they are standing on ground they built themselves.

Permanent Supportive Housing

Long-term housing paired with voluntary support services for individuals with disabilities or chronic homelessness histories.

Rapid Re-Housing

Short-term rental assistance and housing search support to move families out of shelter quickly and sustainably.

Community Development

Acquisition and rehabilitation of affordable housing stock in partnership with local neighborhoods.

Property Management

In-house management ensuring every unit we develop stays safe, well-maintained, and affordable over time.

Supportive Services

Case management, benefits navigation, and healthcare referrals delivered on-site and in the community.

Coordinated Entry

A single access point aligned with regional CoC standards, so no one falls through the cracks.

OUR APPROACH

The N.O.V.A. Framework

Navigate

The first phase meets people at their point of crisis. We help individuals and families navigate emergency situations, secure immediate safe housing, and access urgent resources — giving them stable ground to stand on before anything else can happen.

Overcome

Once safety is established, the focus shifts to healing. Through trauma-informed care and dedicated case management, we help people work through the underlying challenges that led to crisis, building the emotional and practical foundation needed to move forward.

Vitalize

With stability and healing underway, this phase builds momentum. We connect individuals to job training, employment opportunities, and financial wellness resources — empowering them to gain skills, income, and independence.

Ascend

The final phase secures long-term success. We support individuals in transitioning to permanent housing and sustaining the stability they've built, ensuring the progress made throughout the continuum of care lasts well beyond our direct involvement.
